NFL Week 2 Fantasy Start ‘Em Or Sit ‘Em

START ‘EM
1.) Ryan Grant — Michael Turner managed 220 yards and 2 TDs off the Lions. The Lions are by far the worst defense in the NFL. Expect Ryan Grant to put up huge numbers.
2.) Aaron Rodgers/Greg Jennings/Donald Driver — I’m expecting 30+ points from the Packers and A-Rod and company will put up big numbers.
3.) Devery Henderson — The Redskins D didn’t look too good against Plaxico Burress. With Marques Colston out and Jeremy Shockey and Reggie Bush seeing constant double teams, that should give Henderson a lot of looks.
4.) Plaxico Burress — He had 133 yards last week against the Skins. This week he’ll be against a Rams defense that gave up 414 yards in the air alone to the Eagles without their top 2 receivers, it spells good things for Burress.
5.) Eli Manning — With McNabb throwing for 361 yards and 3 TDs against the Rams last week, Eli should be able to do some damage against the Rams as well.
6.) Ben Roethlisberger, Willie Parker, Hines Ward, Santonio Holmes — The Steelers have the Browns this week. They rank in the bottom in nearly every defensive category. Last week, Romo had over 300 yards in the air and Marion Barber had 2 rushing TDs. I’ll expect at least 28 points from the Steelers offense this week.
7.) Jay Cutler or Kurt Warner? — I’m in an interesting predicament. Do I start Cutler against the Chargers or Warner against the Dolphins? Warner only put up 200 yards and 1 TD against the 49ers last week and Cutler put up 300 yards 2 TDs against the Raiders. The Chargers gave up 246 yards and 1 TD to Jake Delhomme last week and the Dolphins gave up 181 yards and 2 TDs to Brett Favre last week. They’ll both put of solid numbers this week. If you have any input on who I should start, leave me a comment!
SIT ‘EM
1.) Andre Johnson — The Ravens allowed 84 passing yards against the Bengals. Their seconday is healthy again and it looks like they’ll have the 1st ranked passing offense throughout the year if last week was any indication of that. Andre Johnson had a big week last week (112 yards), but like T.J. Who’s Your Mamma and Chad Ocho Cinco, he’ll probably be shut down this week.
2.) Marion Barber — Barber is day-to-day with a ribs injury. The Eagles front 7 is as good as it gets. They completely shut down Steve Jackson last week by holding him to under 50 yards and 0 TDs. With 2 DTs that were 1st-round picks and 3 outstanding young linebackers, they should contain Barber for the limited reps he’ll get if he plays.
2.) Chris Perry — The guy looked like garbage last week (2.2 yards per carry) and he’ll be facing the team that only surrendered 33 rushing yards to Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew: the Tennessee Titans.
4.) DeAngelo Williams/Jonathan Stewart — I would opt for another RB. The Bears D looked nasty last week against the Colts and Addai only managed 47 yards against them.
5.) Derek Anderson — Anderson had 114 yards and 1 TD against the Cowboys last week. He isn’t getting much of a break this week since he’ll be against a Pittsburgh defense that was ranked 3rd against the pass last year. Expect another dismal performance from Anderson.
