Overall Profit 0.5 units.
Last week we suffered several tough losses, especially with Fresno State as for someone reason they must have thought they only had to score 14 points to win. The final weeks of the college football season are the most difficult as several more key factors come in to play including: bowl eligilbility, coachs on the hot seat, and guys who are already preparing for life after football, just to name a few. We get back on track with the Thursday night game.
1) Colorado vs Oklahoma State (-17) for 1 unit. (Thursday Night). Important to note that OSU still has an outside chance at playing in a BCS game. They need every win they can get and running up the score on this Colorado team is a good place to start. Colorado can’t wait for the season to be over as this has been one of the most disappointing years in school history. You really have to lean towards home teams playing for something verse road teams playing for absolutely nothing. Tough to see Colorado even staying close. My power ratings have OSU favored by 20. Lay the 17.
2) Arkansas State vs Middle Tennessee State (-11) for 1 unit.
3) Virginia at Clemson (-13) First Half for 1 unit
4) Arizona State at UCLA (-4) for 1 unit
5) LSU (+4) at Mississippi for 1 unit
Other games will be posted later.…

The line on the Bears/Packers game has moved to Bears +5. I don’t love either team with the spread in this one. The Packers could either run it up if Rodgers comes out with his A game, but the Bears also have one of the best defenses in the league and could cause Rodgers to struggle and force some punts.
On the other hand, I’m not expecting much from the Bears on the road. Maybe 17-20 points max and possibly 13-16 points. I put the Packers at about 20-24 points, maybe 27 max. Odds are this game is something in the ballpark of Packers 24-17. Maybe Packers 20-17. I think it’s going to be a tight game due to two solid defenses. I see a slow start from teams that will feel each other out. Odds are this game starts slow, the only question is if Cutler and Rodgers end hot.
I still think the defenses dominate this game, so the spread on this game is a toss up. I really like the under 46.5 and I also think the Packers win by about a TD. I see around 40 points being scored in this game. I would be surprised if this ends in 47 points. A 27-20 game seems a little out of reach. As things stand right now, under 46.5 is my play on this game tonight.
Prediction: Packers 24 – Bears 17
Free Pick: Under 46.5 (Confidence: 3/5), Packers -5 (Confidence: 2/5)…

It was a tight week in the NFL. Every single game was close. No matter which team you took, you didn’t know who was going to cover and who wasn’t until all 60 minutes were off the clock.
Almost every game had you on the edge of your seat except SD/KC. The 2-11 Chiefs managed to be the play to make as the Chargers -6 wasn’t going to happen right after Rivers’ pass was picked for a TD.
The Titans are keeping it close in Houston, but they’re not going to win this one in a field-goal kicking contest, they need TDs. Even the Lions gave the Colts a game as the game is tied at 21 going into the 4th quarter.
Note To Self: Draft Andre Johnson next year in the 3rd round next season. 207 yards and a TD in this one!
I really liked the Packers pick, but I couldn’t have anticipated Dennis Northcut exploding for 127 yards and a TD. Packers have 1:52 to win this one after a Jaguars TD pulls them ahead 20-16. No dice. Packers fall.
HOU/TEN UPDATE: Jeff Fisher goes deep on 4th and 3 when they’re down 13-12 and they could have had a 49-yard FG attempt to take the lead with 2:00 minutes. Bironas is 4/4 today and is good from about 60 and this one is indoors. I don’t get that move.
NE/OAK: The Pats tooks care of business and are beating up on the Raiders. They’re up 42-14 and they’re in the middle of the third quarter.
I took a hit on the Packers and Titans, but New England helped me out big time.
TONIGHTS PICK: I want the Giants to win, so the Eagles can jump the …

1. San Fran v Miami under 41.5: over the last three these teams are both are scoring less than 20 points per game and giving up less than twenty. both have gone under the posted in their last two.
2. San Diego at KC (+6): KC is rolling right now in the cover department. They have covered 5 of 7 and their last two as they had the potential to pull the upset last week at Denver. Plus you can factor in the west to east coast 1:00 game that has killed the west coast teams and weather may be a factor as it should be pretty cold which I don’t believe will favor SD.
3. Green Bay v Jacksonville under 46
4. Tennessee v Houston (+3)
5. Tennessee v Houston over 45
6. Denver at Carolina (-7.5)
Good Luck .…

1:00 GAMES
— CHI/JAC: Bears get an early TD after a Jacksonville interception turned Bears fumble, turned Bears ball at the 2 after the review. Bears are back in the money 10-3. Bears settle for a FG in the redzone to extend the lead 13-3. Bears take a 20-3 lead. Boo ya! Jacksonville makes it a 20-10 game with 12 minutes left. 23-13 Bears – they can give up a FG now.
— IND/CIN: Colts jump to 7-0 lead at the end of the 1st quarter. 14-3. 28-3. They should cover the 13.5 comfortably. 35-3 is your final.
— GB/HOU: I have the Packers in a 5-team parlay, so I’m keeping my eye on them. The Texans started with a deep ball to Kevin Walter. And I benched him to take Donal Driver since I expected the Texans to give up a lot through the air. Packers still trail 7-0, but Packers come up with a huge INT. Tie ballgame. Houston gets a FG and the Packers returned the following kickoff, which came back for a penalty. Houston ends the half with a missed FG to go into the half 10-7. Slaton has been killing the Packers on 3rd down all day, they finally stop him, and then Texans punter scrambles for a 1st down. Texans hanging onto a 13-7 lead with 20 minutes left. Packers would need 2 TDs to cover. This one looks like it’s going to the Texans. Packers come up with a huge fumble recovery. They still have a chance. Greg Jennings goes deep! 80+ yards to set up a 1st and goal. Packers take a 14-13 lead. Houston now up 21-14 with 10 minutes to play. Tied at 21! Texans win with a last second …
